NOTICE OF INTENT AND PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE (TOWN OF SULLIVAN—HAMILTON BROWN/BUSHNELL SHORES WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT)

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Sullivan will hold and continue a public hearing relating to the proposed Hamilton Brown/Bushnell Shore Water Improvement Water Project to be conducted at the Town of Sullivan Town Hall located at 7507 Lakeport Road, Chittenango NY 13037 on March 18, 2020 at 5:00pm.  All persons shall be heard with respect to the proposed Water Improvement Project.   Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board will file an application with the USDA Rural Development for financial assistance to develop the proposed Water Improvement Project.  A public meeting for public comments on the proposal will be held at the above date, time and location. Information concerning the Water Improvement Project and the application for financial assistance may be inspected at the Town Hall by contacting the Town Clerk or the Town Supervisor.
